WARTHOG BOLOGNESE

Gisteraand vir my en my man spaghetti bolognese gemaak, maar het vlakvark mince gebruik! Was dit nou lekker! 😋

  • 500 g warthog mince (vlakvark)
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 big tomato, chopped
  • 10 mushrooms, chopped
  • 30 ml chilli chutney
  • 15 ml tomato sauce
  • 25 ml brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • BBQ spice, for taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • herbs, to taste
  • 250 g spaghetti, cooked and set aside

In a pan, add the coconut oil.
Add the onion, salt, pepper and herbs and fry till golden.
Add the tomato and brown sugar and fry till the skin of the tomato comes off and the tomato is soft.
Add the mushrooms and the mince and fry till the mince is brown.
Add the tomato sauce, chilli chutney and the BBQ spice to the bolognese.
Serve with the spaghetti and some cheese!
