YASMEEN’S KEBABS
- 1 kg mince
- 2 onions, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon coriander and cumin mix
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon crushed red chillies
- ½ bunch of coriander, washed and chopped
Mix all together for about 10 minutes with your hands. Roll in balls.
Fry in deep oil. Enjoy with chilli sauce.
