YASMEEN’S KEBABS

  • 1 kg mince
  • 2 onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon coriander and cumin mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red chillies
  • ½ bunch of coriander, washed and chopped

Mix all together for about 10 minutes with your hands. Roll in balls.
Fry in deep oil. Enjoy with chilli sauce.
