MIKE’S KITCHEN CHEESECAKE

  • 250 g smooth cottage cheese
  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 50 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 packet marie biscuits
  • ⅔ teaspoon gelatine
  • 40 g butter
  • 80 ml white sugar
  • ⅔ tin condensed milk

Crush biscuits finely and mix 2/3rds with melted butter.
Layer the base of the tray.
Mix smooth cottage cheese with condensed milk. Add the sugar.
Beat cream till firm and add to the mixture.
Dissolve the gelatine in the lemon juice and mix well. Add to the mixture.
Pour cheese mixture into the tray with crumb base.
Sprinkle with the rest of the biscuit crumbs.
Leave in the fridge overnight to set.
