ELIZE’S FALL OFF THE BONE STICKY RIBS
Looking for something else as “just another sticky rib” recipe… look no further! Fall off the bone sticky ribs with roast potato and guacamole.
- 250 ml Steers Spare Rib Marinade (1 cup)
- 125 ml All Gold tomato sauce (½ cup)
- 1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon black bean sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown malt vinegar
- 2 teaspoons light soy
- ½ teaspoon dark soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 800 g spare ribs
- salt and pepper
- lime
Mix all ingredients together for the marinade.
Season spare ribs with salt and pepper.
Enclose ribs in aluminium foil with marinade over the ribs, bake for 2 to 3 hours at 160°C, until tender.
Open foil and grill.
Squeeze lime over ribs and enjoy.
