ELIZE’S FALL OFF THE BONE STICKY RIBS

Looking for something else as “just another sticky rib” recipe… look no further! Fall off the bone sticky ribs with roast potato and guacamole.

  • 250 ml Steers Spare Rib Marinade (1 cup)
  • 125 ml All Gold tomato sauce (½ cup)
  • 1 tbsp sugar, or to taste
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs fish sauce
  • 1 tbs black bean sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown malt vinegar
  • 2 tsp light soy
  • ½ tsp dark soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 800 g spare ribs
  • salt and pepper
  • lime

Mix all ingredients together for the marinade. Season spare ribs with salt and pepper. Enclose ribs in aluminium foil with marinade over the ribs, bake for 2 to 3 hours at 160°C, until tender. Open foil and grill. Squeeze lime over ribs and enjoy.
