ELIZE’S FALL OFF THE BONE STICKY RIBS
Looking for something else as “just another sticky rib” recipe… look no further! Fall off the bone sticky ribs with roast potato and guacamole.
- 250 ml Steers Spare Rib Marinade (1 cup)
- 125 ml All Gold tomato sauce (½ cup)
- 1 tbsp sugar, or to taste
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs black bean sauce
- 1 tbsp brown malt vinegar
- 2 tsp light soy
- ½ tsp dark soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 800 g spare ribs
- salt and pepper
- lime
Mix all ingredients together for the marinade. Season spare ribs with salt and pepper. Enclose ribs in aluminium foil with marinade over the ribs, bake for 2 to 3 hours at 160°C, until tender. Open foil and grill. Squeeze lime over ribs and enjoy.
