SUPER MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
“Made in two steps, wet and dry ingredients.”
- Dry ingredients:
- 2 cups cake flour
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1½ teaspoons bicarbonate soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Wet ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons coffee, diluted in a cup of boiling water and cooled down
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup cooking oil
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- Frosting:
- 2 cups fresh cream
- 2 teaspoons icing sugar
- chocolate shavings
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk all the wet ingredient together in another bowl.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
Pour the mixture in a large greased casserole dish.
Bake at 180 ºC for 25 – 30 minutes or till tested baked.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Whip the fresh cream with the icing sugar and frost the cake.
Decorate with chocolate shavings.
