GIDEON’S CURRY PORK NECK CHOPS
- 6 pork neck chops
- Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons chutney
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoons Italian herbs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coarsely grinded black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
Mix together all ingredients for the marinade.
Marinade chops for 6 hours in refrigerator.
Grill the chops on a hot cast iron griddle pan, until just done, do not overcook them.
