AIRFRYER YOGHURT DOUGH FOR PIZZA
30 minutes from making dough to baked in airfryer to ready to eat.
1 cup of flour makes 2 pizzas that can fit into airfryer with a drawer.
- 1 cup flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder Or 1 cup self raising
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- big pinch salt
Work the joghurt through the flour until it comes together and knead on floured surface for a minute or two until smooth.
Pinch off a ball of dough and roll out.
Prick a few times with a fork (this prevents the dough from puffing up like a pita in airfryer.
Airfry at 180°C for 5 minutes turning once.
Put toppings of your choice on and airfry at 180°C for 6 – 8 minutes.
