SPRINGBOK CURRY
- cubed springbok meat
- 4 onions
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 chopped chillies
- 1 can tomato and onion mix
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic and ginger
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons curry paste
Chop the onions, fry in little bit of oil, add the carrot, tomatoes and chillies with the onion then add 1 can tomato and onion mix.
Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, masala, and curry paste.
Cube meat (sorry never measure) add in mixture and 2 cans water (tomato and onion mix can).
Place in oven dish, and baked for 3 ½ hours at 180°C.
