ZELDA’S SELF RAISING SCONES
Scones just out the oven!
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 500 g self raising flour
- 50 ml oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 teaspoons sugar
Mix all above together, press down on floured surface about 2 – 3 cm thick.
Cut out scones, place on a prepared baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
