UIE EN KOMKOMMER ATJAR

  • 1 kg (2 Engelse komkommers), in blokkies gesny
  • 500 g uie, in blokkies gesny
  • 4 koppies water
  • Opsioneel:
  • 1 groenrissie of 1 peppadew, in blokkies sny

Kook alles saam in water vir 5 minute.
Dreineer en plaas terug in die pot.

  • Meng saam:
  • 1 ½ koppie asyn
  • 1 ½ koppie suiker
  • 2 desertlepels kerrie (12.5 ml)
  • 2 hoogvol eetlepels Maizena
  • 2 hoogvol teelepels mosterd saad
  • 1 eetlepel borrie

Giet die mengsel oor die komkommers en kook vir 5 minute.
Bottel warm.
