SWEETCORN PATTIES
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup mealie meal
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tin sweetcorn, water removed
- salt
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- some chopped coriander leaves
- 3 eggs, beaten
- sliced chilli, optional
Mix altogether to form a batter,
Fry spoonfuls in a pan with a little vegetable oil.
Flatten with the spatula once turned.
If batter is too thick, add a little milk.
