SALTED PEANUT- AND RAISIN COOKIES
- 250 g butter
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons of castor sugar
- 1 cup of nuts and raisins (I used Safari salted nuts and raisin)
- 2 cups of cake flour
Cream butter and sugar.
Add rest of ingredients and mix to form a soft dough.
Roll into small balls on the palm of your hand and place on a prepared baking sheet.
Use a fork to press down.
Bake at 180 ºC for 15 to 20 minutes.
Note:
I rolled normal golf ball size and got approximately 40
