POTATO FRITTERS

POTATO FRITTERS

  • 4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
Heat oil in a frying pan and place spoonfuls of the grated potato mix in the pan.
Fry both side till golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper towels once done.

Variations you can add:
Cheese
Fried bacon
Mixed veggies
Sweetcorn
