PEAR TART WITH ALMOND POWDER

My man sê ek is ‘n “freestyle Baker”. Ek hou daarvan om my eie ding te doen.

  • 1 roll readymade Puff Pastry
  • 1 packet almond powder mix
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 6 pears

Spray the pie dish with Spray and Cook, line with the puff pastry and make some holes with a fork in the pastry. Set aside.
Put the almond powder mix into a bowl.
Mix the egg and milk together and add to the almond powder mix. Mix well.
Pour the almond mixture onto the pastry in the pie dish.
Peel the pears, take the core out and cut into slices. Pack the pear slices on top of the mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 40 min.
