PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BITES

- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup granola
- ± ½ cup peanut butter
- ± ½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed powder
- Extra:
- 1 dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oi
- Mix it all together in a bowl and put in a muffin tray.
- Then melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil.
- Spoon onto mixture and put in freezer for about an hour to set.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
