PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BITES
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup granola
- ± ½ cup peanut butter
- ± ½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed powder
- Extra:
- 1 dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Mix it all together in a bowl and put in a muffin tray.
Then melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil.
Spoon onto mixture and put in freezer for about an hour to set.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
