PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BITES

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup granola
  • ± ½ cup peanut butter
  • ± ½ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed powder
  • Extra:
  • 1 dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oi
  • Mix it all together in a bowl and put in a muffin tray.
  • Then melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil.
  • Spoon onto mixture and put in freezer for about an hour to set.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week.
