PANFRIED PORK CHOPS
Lockdown day #264 🇿🇦 Panfried pork chop, baby potatoes with creamed cheese and salad.
- cake flour
- spices of choice
- oil for frying
- heavy bottomed frying pan
- pork chops, rind cut off
Heat the pan and add enough oil for shallow frying.
Coat the pork chops in cake flour and spices on both sides and place into the hot oil. Turn the heat down and shallow fry on both sides until cooked through.
Serve while hot.
