PAN FRIED PERI-PERI GARLICKY PRAWNS

  • 200 g prawns, peeled
  • 4 – 5 tablespoons Mild Garlic and Herb Nando’s Peri-Peri sauce
  • 25 g cold diced butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt to taste

Put the prawns in a bowl and add the garlic and herb Peri-peri sauce together with a drizzle of oil. Cover prawns all over with sauce.
Leave for 5 minutes.

Preheat a frying pan to high heat.
Add prawns to the medium to hot pan cook for 2 minutes, then add the butter.
Cook for another minute or until the prawns have turn pink and are no longer grey.
Remove from the pan and serve with your preference
(I served with tender stem broccoli and farfalle pasta.)
