OROS CHICKEN

Cook: 1-1½ hours

OROS CHICKEN

  • ½ cup Oros juice, concentrated
  • ½ cup chutney, Ms Balls original
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 8 pieces chicken

Mix the Oros, chutney and mayonnaise together.
Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish.
Pour the Oros mixture over the chicken and place in a pre heated oven at 150ºC for 1 – 1 ½ hours.

I adapted the recipe by first seasoning the chicken with salt and frying it with onions in a little oil before baking it with the sauce in the oven. I halved the chutney and filled it up with sweet chilli sauce. I added mushrooms and semi-cooked steamed potatoes 20 minutes before the baking time was finished. Have fun eating this happy DELICIOUS meal!!!

    Dit is heerlik! Ek vervang die Oros met mango sap wat ek meng met ‘n pakkie cream of chicken of brown onion soup.
