OROS CHICKEN

- ½ cup Oros juice, concentrated
- ½ cup chutney, Ms Balls original
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 8 pieces chicken
- Mix the Oros, chutney and mayonnaise together.
- Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish.
- Pour the Oros mixture over the chicken and place in a pre heated oven at 150ºC for 1 – 1 ½ hours.

- I adapted the recipe by first seasoning the chicken with salt and frying it with onions in a little oil before baking it with the sauce in the oven. I halved the chutney and filled it up with sweet chilli sauce. I added mushrooms and semi-cooked steamed potatoes 20 minutes before the baking time was finished. Have fun eating this happy DELICIOUS meal!!!
