OATS CRACKERS
I had quite a bit of leftover cooked oats after breakfast and did not want to throw it away, so I thought of using it instead and made oats crackers.
Recipe is approximate measurements, because I did not measure much, just went on taste.
- 3 cups cooked cold oats (scrape the bottom of the pot too)
- 2 xl eggs
- salt and black pepper
- garlic powder (± 1 teaspoon)
- Italian herb blend (± 1 teaspoon)
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
Whisk it all together (breaks up the oats).
Spread on a greased baking sheet and bake at 180°C, till nice and crispy.
Take the crackers out of the sheet and cool down completely till you can snap off pieces.
Eat as is or use it as a cracker for dips and spreads.
