MINI BISCUITS
Camping is hard work and needs a lot of snacks. This should last a few days.
Very dangerous biscuits. Every time we go in the kitchen tent we come out with a hand full.

125 g cake flour

30 ml baking powder

60 g icing sugar

60 g butter

2 teaspoons water
Mix everything except the water until crumbly.
Add the water and mix till the dough comes together.
Roll out between parchment paper to 5 mm thick.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Cut into ± 1 cm blocks.
Bake in air fryer at 160°C for ± 12 minutes or 160ºC for 16 minutes in a normal oven.
Notes:
I omitted some butter and replaced with peanut butter. About 40 g butter and 20 g peanut butter.
Omitted 10 g cake flour and replaced it with cacao.
