MARTIN’S CHICKEN WRAPS
- wrap
- mayonnaise
- fresh leaf salad
- onion
- cucumber
- cherry tomatoes
- avocado
- button mushroom
- few thinly sliced sweet pepper
- few drops of sweet chili sauce
- 2 thumb length prebaked crumbed chicken breast
Smear a large wrap with mayonnaise.
In the middle put the following:
Fresh leaf salad.
Make a combination of onion, cucumber and cherry tomatoes and place on top of the leaf.
Cut halve of the avocado in chunks and spread on the filling. Only need a few chunks.
Finely slice one button mushroom and sprinkle over, then sweet pepper slices, chilli sauce and chicken breast.
Fold and enjoy.
