LEMON MERINGUE IN THE MICROWAVE

I just wanted to introduce myself and share a photo I took and made.
A 3 min Lemon Meringue I made in the microwave.

  • Tennis biscuits on the bottom of your dish (do not crush, cut to size to fit neatly)
  • 3 eggs, separated white and yolks
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 125 ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml lemon zest, optional
  • Place biscuits on the bottom of your dish. (do not crush, but cut to size)
  • Separate the yolks and the white of the eggs.
  • Mix the egg yolks together.
  • Add the condensed milk and mix.
  • Add the lemon juice,  mix well.
  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt till stiff picks form.
  • Fold it into the condensed milk mixture.
  • Pour into your tart dish and microwave for 3 min on high.
  • Remove and cool down.
  • Sprinkle 2 biscuit crumbs on before you place in the fridge.

Nota:
Die tert is gemaak in ‘n klei slaaibak van Argilla. Die eierwit is in die mengsel ingevou. Glo my dit is HEERLIK! Jou bak gaan gou leeg wees en almal gaan vir die resep vra.
