HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS

No need to buy Simba or Willards Chips.

  • potatoes
  • cold water with ice cubes
  • oil
  • salt

Thinly slice potato. I left skin on.
Soak slices in cold water with ice cubes for 2-3 minutes.
Dry on both sides.
Brush a bit of oil on both sides.
Sprinkle bit of salt.
Put on a plate. Potatoes touching one another.
Put in microwave for 2 minutes or till light brown. Turn again and continue till your desired chip.
