GRANADILLA CUSTARD PUDDING
“This is sooooo easy. With this recipe I made three of those in the picture.”
- Marie cookies, to cover the bottom of dish
- granadilla pulp
- Custard:
- 4 tablespoons custard
- 1 liter milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Condensed milk mix:
- 2 cans condensed milk
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
- 5 drops of granadilla essence, optional
Make thick custard with the custard ingredients (instruction on label of container). Make condensed milk mix. Stir well. Pour little bit of custard in a beaker and put in fridge; just for a minute or so to set. Then add bit of the condensed milk mix to the beaker with custard. Pour in rest of the custard and end with the rest of the condensed milk mix. Mix. Spread granadilla pulp on top. Place back in fridge to set.
