FRIED RICE WITH VEGGIES

Delicious way to get the family to eat vegetables… and a good side for any seafood or fish dish.

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • 30 ml sunflower oil (2 tablespoons)
  • 125 g mushrooms whole
  • 2 baby marrows sliced
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 5 ml Robertson’s Garlic parmesan and oreganum seasoning

Fry vegetables in hot oil until almost cooked, add rice.
Fry 3 min more.
Add seasoning and soy sauce.
Serve hot.
