FRIED RICE WITH VEGGIES
Delicious way to get the family to eat vegetables… and a good side for any seafood or fish dish.
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 onion
- ½ red pepper
- ½ yellow pepper
- 30 ml sunflower oil (2 tablespoons)
- 125 g mushrooms whole
- 2 baby marrows sliced
- 20 ml soy sauce
- pinch of black pepper
- 5 ml Robertson’s Garlic parmesan and oreganum seasoning
Fry vegetables in hot oil until almost cooked, add rice.
Fry 3 min more.
Add seasoning and soy sauce.
Serve hot.
