FETA, CHEESE AND SPINACH CIGARS
- filo pastry
- butter, to close it together
- Mix together for the filling:
- 500 g Feta cheese, crumbled
- 100 g Mozzarella, shredded
- spinach, sliced (however much you like)
Cut your filo pastry in half, put 4 sheets on top of one another with butter.
Put a spoonful of the filling in each and roll with 4 sheets at a time.
Use butter to seal it.
I used filo pastry.
Deep fry in hot oil.
