ELIZE’S SUCCULENT OVEN-BAKED PORK CHOPS
“My pork chops are absolutely to die for! So juicy and tender you’ll want to make them all the time.”
- 4 pork neck chops
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Combine soy sauce, tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Place pork chops on a lightly greased baking tray season with salt and pepper. Spoon half the sauce over the pork chops.
For 12 mm pork chops like seen in photo, bake at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
Turn pork chops over, add remaining sauce, and bake for 15 more minutes.
