EASY FRIED RICE
- 1 cup chicken fillets cut in strips
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- few sliced peppers
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- salt, pepper and chicken spice to taste
- 1 cup of boiled peas
- 2 cups of rice cooked as per instructions on packing, just adding a drop of yellow food colour, once cooked drain water.
Fry onions and garlic in butter.
Add peppers and chicken fillet strips as well as salt, pepper and chicken spice.
Add drained rice and peas to the chicken.
Toss and ready to serve.
