DENZY’S TUNA SPINACH AND FETA PIE
- 1 tin tuna, drained (or more if preffered)
- 8 to 10 spinach leaves or 1 packet
- white sauce made with 2 tablespoons butter, 4 tablespoons cake flour, 1 cup milk, salt and pepper
- 1 packet Puff pastry
- 2 rounds Feta
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
Mix the white sauce ingredients in a glass bowl and put in the microwave.
Stir every 30 seconds till cooked, more or less 5 minutes.
Cook spinach in salted water until soft, drain and chopped, mix spinach and tuna with white sauce.
Roll out half the pastry and put in prepared oven dish, add tuna mix in pastry and sprinkle Feta on top.
Roll out other half of the pastry and put it on top of the filling.
Brush with egg and bake in pre-heated oven at 18OºC until pastry is nice and brown.
