Ons het hierdie resep ontwikkel vir die lockdown blues. Dit is regtig heerlik.

  • 250 ml Carmien Citrus Chai tea
  • 500 ml Piekenierskloof Wines Six Hats de-alcoholised red wine
  • 1 orange rind
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 ml ground cloves
  • peel orange in a single strip

Boil rooibos, orange rind, sugar, cinnamon and cloves together until sugar has dissolved.
Add red wine and bring to boil.
Remove cinnamon stick and rind, taste for sweetness and add more sugar if necessary.
Pour into glasses and serve with a slice of orange.
