DALGONA KOFFIE

My probeerslag vir die Dalgona koffie.

  • 50 ml Nescafe koffie
  • 50 ml suiker
  • 50 ml warm water
  • ¾ koppie warm melk per persoon

Klits die koffie, suiker en warm water goed saam, tot medium “peak”.
Skep drie eetlepel van die skuim bo-oor ‘n driekwart koppie warm melk.
Genoeg vir 4 koppies.

Vir my persoonlik is dit effens sterk, ek het klein bietjie ekstra warm water bygevoeg en een teelepel suiker.

Made some the other day and added cream to mine and switched out sugar for sweetener. On a keto diet so this works well for me.
