CONDENSED MILK AND SWEET CORN BREAD
We had rotisserie Chicken and condensed milk, sweet corn bread, for lunch. The house is cozy with the fireplaces going.
- 2 cups self raising flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 tin creamed corn
Mix together and bake at 350ºF (180 ºC) for about an hour.
Test to see if it is baked through.
KONDENSMELK EN SUIKERMIELIE BROODJIE
- 2 koppies bruismeel
- knypie sout
- 1 blikkie kondensmelk
- 1 blik geroomde mielies
Meng alles saam en bak teen 180ºC vir tussen 45 – 60 min, toets of gaar en geniet.
