CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES WITH CONDENSE MILK
I have been making these for the past 25 years, I got the recipe off the tin of a condense milk can, and my kids and nephews have always loved them. The are chewy and delicious. Try them.
- 360 g softened butter
- 2 x ⅔ cups of castor sugar
- 1 tin condense milk
- 3 cups of self raising flour
- 300 g dark chocolate chips
- 300 g white chocolate chips
Beat the sugar and butter until creamy.
Beat in the condense milk.
Add the flour and stir until combined, add the chocolate chips and combine.
Roll teaspoons full of the dough, and place on a greased baking tray and press with a fork.
Bake in 180 ºC oven or fan forced at 160 ºC for about 15 minutes.
