CHICKPEA SAVOURY BALLS IN AIRFRYER OR IN OIL

“Delicious snack or lunch with salad.”

  • 1 tin chickpeas, drained
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup cold rooibos tea or water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Put all in food processor, pulse until all fine.
  • Roll into balls, I use teaspoon as measurement. Roll in oil.
  • Place in hot airfryer, 200°C, for 12 minutes.

Serve with avocado dip or dip of your choice.
Note:
My dip was home made cottage cheese mixed with mayonnaise and red peppers
