CHICKPEA SAVOURY BALLS IN AIRFRYER OR IN OIL

“Delicious snack or lunch with salad.”
- 1 tin chickpeas, drained
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ cup cold rooibos tea or water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Put all in food processor, pulse until all fine.
- Roll into balls, I use teaspoon as measurement. Roll in oil.
- Place in hot airfryer, 200°C, for 12 minutes.
Serve with avocado dip or dip of your choice.
Note:
My dip was home made cottage cheese mixed with mayonnaise and red peppers
