CHICKEN PATTIES

  • 1 kg chicken fillets
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cumin/coriander powder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ bunch of fresh coriander

Cut the chicken fillets in small pieces.
Place all ingredients in a food processor with the fillets as well.
Pulse until everything is a smooth mixture.
Make small patties with your hands.
Shallow fry each side for a few minutes.
Enjoy with chips and some slices of lemon.
