CHEESE PASTIES
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 cups self raising flour (more on the side just in case the dough is too sticky)
- ½ cup olive oil
- pinch of salt
- Filling:
- Feta
- Mozzarella
Kneed all together to form a dough. Cut into small circles, the size of a golf ball.
Spread it in the palm of your hand to form an oval.
Mix the cheese and place some in the middle and then close the dough together to form a boat shape.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 – 15 min or until golden.
