CHEESE INFUSED BURGER PATTY
- 200 g mince
- thyme to taste
- 1 egg
- 250 ml grated cheese
- bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
Mix all the ingredients together until mixed. Shape the mince into 100 g balls and flatten to form a patty. Put half a cup of cheese in between the two burger patties and shape them nicely until the cheese is sealed inside the two patties. Fry the patty on both sides until it is crispy on both sides and grill it further in the oven it until its cooked to your liking. When it is done, add the rest of the grated cheese on top of the patty and and cover it until the cheese has melted.
- Paprika Spread Sauce:
- 125 ml mayonnaise
- 125 ml condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- ½ cup paprika
Mix all this together until it becomes a thick sweet orange paste. Grill the burger rolls until its crispy brown. Spread your orange sauce on both sides, add your burger patty, put caramelised onions on top, add crispy brown bacon, add 3 slices avocado on top and finish off with basil and rocket leafs on top.
