CELERIAC SALAD
- 1 small celeriac
- 1 apple (in part)
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 3 tablespoons of dried cranberries
- 1 hand walnut (minced meat)
- 1 tablespoon of parsley (minced meat)
Peel the celeriac and cut into pieces. Rasp the celeriac and apple, preferably in a food processor, fine.
Mix the Greek yogurt with mayonnaise and mustard and bring taste with salt and pepper. Mix the yogurt sauce through the grated celeriac and apple and add the dried cranberries, a hand of chopped walnuts and chopped parsley to taste.
