CARAMEL BROWNIE FUDGE
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 tin caramel treat
- 500 g icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 2 packets Tennis biscuits
Mix the softened butter with the caramel treat until smooth.
Dissolve the coffee powder in the vanilla essence, and add to butter/caramel treat mixture.
Pour the icing sugar into the mixture little by little, while mixing it in.
After all the icing is mixed in, break the tennis biscuits into fine small pieces and add to mixture, and mix until evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray either lined with baking paper or sprayed with spray and cook or butter.
Put in fridge to set, and enjoy.
