Lovely breakfast for the family.
- 2 medium potatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- salt, pepper to taste
Add all ingredients except the eggs in frying pan and brown, then cook with a lid to smother potatoes.
When potatoes are done, cook on high until brown to your choice!
Fry the eggs sunny side up in a separate pan.
Plate the potato-mix and top with eggs!
Garnish and enjoy!!
