BLACK BEAN SOUP
- 1 tin black kidney beans
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 potato, grated
- 1 bacon hock, skin removed
Put all ingredients in a pressure cooker, and cover with water. Put on pressure for one and half hours, till everything is soft and the bacon hock is falling off the bone.
