BANANA MUFFINS
Absolutely delicious. Excellent for lunch boxes since it does not require sugar.
- 1¾ cups of self raising flour
- ½ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
- 80 g of melted butter
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup of full cream milk or milk of your choice
- 2 mashed bananas
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Sift self raising and bicarbonate together and leave aside.
Mix the melted butter with the milk, eggs and mashed bananas.
Combine with the flour mixture.
Add spoonful’s into a greased muffin pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
