2-INGREDIENT NO CHURN ICE CREAM

Once you made your own Ice Cream I don’t think you will go back to buying again. This one was super super easy and yummy!

  • 450 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 5 ml vanilla essence, optional

Make sure the whipping cream and condensed milk are well chilled before starting.
Whip the cream until soft peak. Add the condensed milk and vanilla if using and whip until hard peak.

Optional:
I added in a packet of roughly crushed Oreos and mixed them through.
Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
You can add nuts, crushed up cake slices, chopped chocolates.
