ELIZE’S FOUR INGREDIENT PIZZA CRUST

“So gou en vining… en wie het besluit dat ‘n pizza rond moet wees? Sny dit in driehoeke en bedien. Eet jy pynappel op pizza of nie? …so, maak helfte met pynappel en die ander helfte rissie. ☺”

  • Thin crust:
  • 500 ml self raising flour
  • 125 ml oil
  • 150 ml boiling water
  • 5 ml salt
  • Medium crust:
  • 750 ml self raising flour
  • 200 ml oil
  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 7½ ml salt

Place all the ingredients in a plastic container with a tight sealing lid. Shake until dough forms. Press the dough into an oven pan or form two circles about 25 cm in diameter.
Add topping of your choice and bake in preheated oven, 180°C for about 30 minutes or until done.
