AFTER SCHOOL PIZZA BASE

Makes 2 large or one very big pizza like I did. My oven is 90 cm.

  • 2 ½ cups of cake flour
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup lukewarm water

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients.
Leave to rise for 1 hour.
Roll into 2 large pizzas or 1 big tray.
Top as desired and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Note:
I topped mine with cubed chicken, cooked with garlic, chilli, some mushrooms, coloured peppers and pineapple.
