MELTING MOMENTS WITH CUSTARD POWDER

  • 250 g butter
  • ½ cup of icing sugar
  • ⅔ cup of custard powder
  • 2 cups of cake flour
  • Cream butter and icing sugar together.
  • Add custard powder and cream some more.
  • Add flour, a little at a time until you get a soft biscuit dough.
  • I used a nozzle to make mine, you can dough to any way you like.
  • Bake at 160 ºC for 20 minutes and dip ends in melted chocolate.
