SPICY POTATOES FRIES
- 3 potatoes washed, peeled and finely sliced
- 1 cup of gram flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of bicarbonate soda
- ½ teaspoon of chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon of cumin/coriander mix
- ¼ teaspoon of garam masala/ pep up spice
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- ½ bunch of coriander, chopped
- ½ cup of water
Mix everything together and deep fry for a few minutes, turning occasionally.
Drain in a paper towel and serve with chilli sauce.
