CHOCKITS BISCUITS

  • 250 g butter
  • 4 tablespoons golden syrup
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of dessicated coconut
  • 2 cups of cake flour

Cream butter and sugars.
Add vanilla essence and rest of ingredients except the cake flour.
Mix well and incorporate sifted cake flour.
Form a biscuit dough.
Break off small pieces and make an oval shape.
Flatten a bit in the centre with the back of a butter knife.
Pack on a prepared cookie sheet.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes and sandwich with melted chocolate.
