ROAST CHICKEN IN THE AIRFRYER

  • 1 chicken (approximately 1½ kg)
  • olive oil
  • chicken spice
  • garlic salt
  • lemon, halved

Rub olive oil over the chicken.
Sprinkle with spices and place lemon in the chicken cavity.
Place the chicken breast side down in the airfryer pan and airfry for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Turn the chicken over and airfry for a further 30 minutes.
